My Diet...

So, I am on a diet...
I know, I know....It's so hard...My sister, Jennifer is doing it with me...It makes it a little bit easier...
I have posted a Ticker on my blog, so you can keep track of how much weight I've lost...
I am so not stupid. You will never know how much I weighed. :)
Just how many pounds I have lost...
I hope that this (all my friends and family) knowing will help me be motivated to finish what I've started...
I will try to post all I can...And later (when I am skinny) I just might post before and after pictures.
Ta Ta

Thought Of The Day...We do not remember days, we remember moments. Make moments worth remembering.
We have been so busy since my last post. Our son, Hunter has turned 4 years old. I just can't believe that he has grown so much. We had him the grandest Diego/Safari party. He absolutely loved it. We had all kinds of goodies, balloons, streamers. The jungle food consisted of Jungle Juice (green kool-aide), Grilled Boa (hotdogs), Beetle Wings (potato chips) Wild Boar (Barbeque), Bug Larva (Dip), Chimp Toes (cheetos) & Elephant Food (boiled peanuts). Oh, and the most beautiful Jungle Two Tiered Cake ever. Hunter's Aunt Jenn made that for him with so much love. It was awsome with monkey's, streams and elephants....Just plain cute....I really appreciate her doing that for Hunt. He recieved a mother load of presents. (we still havn't opened them all) I believe the total number of guests we had were like 40ish. I made goodie bags out of brown paper bags wrapped in twine with "Jungle Delivery" signs on them. He is one blessed little boy. He very much enjoyed his day with his family and friends that love him so very much. After all of that, I still can't believe my baby is 4...
The other day Hunter came busting in our room, where Chace and I were, "Mama, Daddy, Can I spend the night with Maddy?" To which we said "Yes" (Maddy lives with us, so he would be going very far). Then he just takes off running and slams the door...(He was very excited....Mama said "Yes")... Then about 3 minutes later here he comes busting through again..."Mama, Daddy, Can I borrow the car?"..."NO" we said together as if on que....Can he borrow the car...Is he crazy?!?!?! (That is such a scary thought, and a good demonstration of how he is just a growing up)
Well, that's all for now....

'Cause My Cup has overflowed

I've never made a fortune,
and it's probably too late now.
But I don't worry about that much,
I'm happy anyhow.
And as I go along life's way,
I'm reaping better than I sowed.
I'm drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.
Haven't got a lot of riches,
and sometimes the going's tough.
But I've got loving ones all around me,
and that makes me rich enough.
I thank God for his blessings,
and the mercies He's bestowed.
I'm drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.
I remember times when things went wrong,
My faith wore somewhat thin.
But all at once the dark clouds broke,
and the sun peeped through again.
So Lord, help me not to gripe,
about the tough rows I have hoed.
I'm drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.
If God gives me strength and courage,
When the way grows steep and rough.
I'll not ask for other blessings,
I'm already blessed enough.
And may I never be too busy,
to help others bear their loads.
Then I'll keep drinking from my saucer,
'Cause my cup has overflowed.

Our Little Family

We are made up of one man, one women and one little boy. We are big and small, young and old, we are short and some are tall. Our hair is shades of blondes and black. Our eyes the colors of brown or green. We have the skin tones of tan and white, we are what God wanted us to be. We laugh, we cry, we work and we play. We help each other along the way.The worlds a better place to be because of the three that make up...this family.

Our names are Chace, Stacey & Hunter Scarboro. We live in Georgia. Chace and I were married in April 2001. We have been married for 7 years now. It seems just like yesterday that we fell in love and we decided to marry. We are blessed to be able to spend the rest of our lives together. Well, three years later we had our beautiful baby boy, Hunter Chace. We love our little boy. Our Hunter is now four years old. He is growing up so fast. He has so many nicknames. Lets see, there is "Noodle"(well, what can I say, it just came natural), "Buddy" (his daddy likes that one),"cowboy", Oh, and "Hunt".... He is just our whole world...We love him unconditionally. Chace currently works in Savannah @ Gulfstream. He seems to like it, except the long drive. I think that he could do without that:) Well, that leaves me... I am a homemaker. We currently have my grandfather living with us. So I stay at home taking care of my "Boys"...What can I say? I love my life...
